Started brand new at 0 and became Top Producers in less than 2 years. I will guide you on how to effectively use Loan Factory resources & systems to choose the right lenders, work with processors & Account Executives, talk with clients/partners and get your files to successful closings. I'm more hands on and involved with day-to-day working with your files. Training is required where available. Prefer to close 5 individual loans together before ending program (negotiable). Commission split is usually 30/70 or can be set for each file independently. I'm a fun and caring person. However I'm very straightforward and don't know how to sugarcoat things.
